What to wear and bring in Pingyao in Februaty?

Early March

Temperatures stay cold early in March. Wear thermal layers like sweaters and a heavy coat. Use waterproof boots for rain or snow. Bring gloves and a scarf for wind protection. Keep moisturizer for dry skin. Air quality can change suddenly, so pack a mask. Check forecasts for snow or rain.

Mid-March

During mid-March, the weather can't be predicted easily. Days are warm but nights are cold. It's a good idea to wear clothes in layers. Say, wear a warm shirt under a light jacket. If the sun is shining, take your sunglasses. When there could be sandstorms, make sure to have a mask ready. Select shoes that won't let you slip on wet floors. When a cold spell comes suddenly, a reusable hand warmer will come in handy. Watch for sandstorms when the weather is dry.

Late March

Even though the temperature goes up in late March, it's still kind of cold at night. Put on a jacket that's not too heavy and add some layers you can remove easily. On afternoons when it's sunny, wear clothes made of materials that let air in. Keep a scarf with you to keep the wind and dust away. When you do outdoor things, put on some sunscreen.
