What to wear and bring in Pingyao in February?

Early February

It's really cold outside at the start of February. So, you should wear warm inner clothes, a thick outer coat, and match them with waterproof shoes to bundle yourself up well. Don't leave the gloves and a cozy hat behind, because they are very important for keeping warm. If you want to avoid getting frostbite, use some moisturizer. It can keep your skin wet and stop it from drying out.
