Tiananmen Square & Forbidden City

A driver will pick you up from the airport and take you to Tiananmen Square, one of the largest urban squares in the world. Here, you can visit landmark buildings such as the Monument to the People's Heroes and the Mausoleum of Mao Zedong, and also take photos as souvenirs.

Then, at the Forbidden City (the Palace Museum), you can stroll through this imperial palace complex of the Ming and Qing dynasties, admire the magnificent palace architecture, and learn about the history, culture, and art of the ancient imperial court. After approximately 4 hours of sightseeing in total, you will return to the airport for your flight.

Mutianyu Great Wall Visit

A driver will take you to the Mutianyu Great Wall. Starting from the foot of the wall, you can either hike up the Mutianyu Great Wall or take the cable car. During the ascent, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the Great Wall and observe its architectural structures, such as the bricklaying techniques of the walls and the defensive designs of the watchtowers, to gain an in-depth understanding of the Great Wall's important role in ancient military defense. After coming down from the Great Wall, return to the airport for your flight.

In-Depth Beijing Journey

On the first day, arrive in Beijing and rest at the hotel to prepare for the following itinerary.

On the second day, go to Tiananmen Square in the morning to feel the solemn atmosphere and take commemorative photos. Then enter the Forbidden City (the Palace Museum) to appreciate the grandeur and historical heritage of the imperial palace. In the afternoon, stroll through the hutongs to experience the old Beijing style, learn to paint facial masks in the hutongs to feel the charm of intangible cultural heritage, and climb Jingshan Park in the evening to overlook the panoramic view of the Forbidden City.
