Hedong Road is a good place for late night snack fans. Most stalls are set at the beginning of Changban Lane. In the midsummer, fragrant ingredients over the burning charcoal are extremely alluring. Fish and shrimps, among others, are the most frequently consumed food on this street. All gourmet foods from the whole of Zhejiang Province are gathered here. The brand is the seafood from Wenzhou City, Zhejiang Province, which is also renowned for its commodity that reaches many corners of the world. This is where the authentic Fuzhou Fish balls and Yunnan Crossing-the-bridge Rice Noodles are offered. As relatively few people know the new gourmet food street, tourists do not have to queue in front of stalls at least for now. When it is drawing close to the evening, over 100 mobile snack carts will gather on the street and start their business. There are many stalls offering the same gourmet food so it is wise to choose carefully.
