Zhanpianzi is a special traditional food from Qingxu, Taiyuan, and a Shanxi provincial intangible cultural heritage! Guo You Rou

Taiyuan's Guo You Rou (Fried Pork) is a classic famous dish of Shanxi, one of the representatives of Jin cuisine with a long history.
