Lover's Bridge

Lover's Bridge

The Lover's Bridge is a red wooden plank bridge. It was originally a chain bridge and served as the sea lookout point for the island garrison. Walking on the shaky chain bridge required some courage and cleverness. Some ladies wanted to cross the bridge to the lookout point to have the experience, but were afraid of falling into the sea. As a result, they held their friends' hands tightly while crossing the bridge, and thus the bridge was nicknamed "Lovers' Bridge". Later, considering the safety of the visitors, the management of the island transformed the original chain bridge into the current wooden plank bridge.

Lover Island

Lover Island has withstood thousands of years of ebb and flow of the tides. The two huge rocks still stand there, silently facing each other. Legend has it that in ancient times, people named it to commemorate a pair of love-struck lovers. They were turned into stone by the enraged Dragon King because of their love. Now it has become the most romantic place on Wuzhizhou Island, an ideal spot for couples to propose or express their love.

Seaview Corridor

On the west side of Wuzhizhou Island, a wooden corridor and platform were constructed along the coastal terrain. Walking along the corridor, you can enjoy the crystal-clear waters of Wuzhizhou Island. Since there are numerous reefs in this area, many crabs can be spotted scurrying across the reefs. If you're fortunate, you may even observe schools of tropical fish from the platform.
