Upon arrival in Zhangjiajie, you will be warmly welcomed and picked up by our guide and transferred to the Pullman Hotel in Wulingyuan town.
After breakfast at the hotel, you will head to one of the most famous attractions in the park, Son of Heaven Mountain (Tianzi Mountain), by cable car. Upon reaching the summit, you'll have the opportunity to take in the breathtaking scenery of Warrior Taming Horse Rock and the Western Sea, two of the park's most impressive mountain formations.
Afterwards, you'll hop on a shuttle bus and head to Kong Zhong Tian Yuan, where you can witness stunning rice fields perched atop mountains, offering a truly remarkable view. From there, you'll hike down to a platform where you can get up close to the pillar mountains, providing one of the most awe-inspiring views in the park. Then, you'll take another shuttle bus to the top of the Yuanjiajie area, which gained fame from the movie Avatar. From this vantage point, you'll be at the same level as the mid-age pillars, which are even larger than those at Tianzi Mountain. Finally, you'll take a ride on the Bailong Elevator, the tallest outdoor elevator in the world, which will take you down to the parking lot.
Following breakfast at the hotel, you can embark on a drive to Zhangjiajie Grand Canyon Glass Bridge. This awe-inspiring structure spans over two cliffs, measuring approximately 430 meters in length and soaring 300 meters above the Grand Canyon. As you walk across the bridge, you can witness the stunning view of the canyon's base beneath your feet.
Upon crossing the Glass Bridge, you have the option of descending to the bottom of the canyon via a zipline with a weight limit of 40kg to 80kg or an elevator followed by a slide. Once at the base, you can embark on a hiking adventure along the Grand Canyon's trails, providing a unique and enjoyable experience. Here, you can bask in the tranquility, marvel at the stunning waterfalls and crystal clear waters, and fully immerse yourself in nature's beauty.
We will make our way back to the national park to explore one of the world's most stunning valleys, the Golden Whip Stream. With its crystal-clear water, pure air, and well-maintained surroundings, this site is an absolute delight. Take a leisurely hike along the stream, relishing in the serene ambiance and captivating beauty.
On the final day of the tour, you will check out in the morning and head to the city center of Zhangjiajie to explore the sandstone painting gallery. Here, you can immerse yourself in the beauty of unique painting arts and appreciate the remarkable skills of the artists.
Next, make your way to Tianmen Mountain, located in Zhangjiajie city. As the tallest peak in the region at a height of 1,548.6 meters, Tianmen Mountain boasts the world's longest cable car ride, stretching over a distance of 7,455 meters and taking approximately half an hour to complete. This cable car ride could very well be the most unforgettable one of your lifetime, providing you with a spectacular bird's eye view of the 99-bend Tongtian Road.
After your visit to Tianmen Mountain, you will have some free time for dinner and then be transferred to the airport or train station based on your arrangement.
