Please gather at 17:30 at the Four Points by Sheraton Xi’an, Bell Tower (Muslim Quarter) to meet your guide, after which the tour will begin.
The first stop is Beiguangji Street, the heart of Xi’an’s Muslim Quarter. Here you can see many local residents gathering for dinner and chatting after work, giving you a glimpse into the daily rhythm of life in Xi’an. This area is also home to a wide variety of authentic local delicacies. We recommend trying specialities such as Rougamo, Zenggao, Liangpi, and halal dumplings. These dishes are not only true to their original flavors but also offer a deeper insight into the local food culture.

Liangpi
Next, a short walk takes you to the Gao Family Mansion, originally built during the Chongzhen period of the Ming Dynasty. It is one of the best-preserved official residences of the Ming and Qing dynasties in Xi’an. At night, under the lighting, the mansion’s gray bricks, dark tiles, and intricately carved beams and pillars take on a sense of historical depth and charm.
Next is Xi’an’s iconic landmark—the Bell Tower. Its golden dome glows brilliantly under the lights, with a striking contrast between the green glazed tiles, red pillars and white stone base. The flying eaves and bracket sets appear even more magnificent in the light and shadow. Your guide will take you to the best photo spots to take pictures with the Bell Tower.
Bell Tower
Then walk to the Drum Tower, located to the west of the Bell Tower and built four years earlier. It is the largest and best-preserved Ming Dynasty drum tower existing in China. Magnificent under the night lights, it has red pillars and elegant upturned eaves, with huge prominent plaques on its north and south sides. The square in front offers an unobstructed view of the entire structure.

The tour ends at the Drum Tower, after which you may return to the departure point with the guide and bid farewell to your guide.
